1. Earnings disclaimer

Results shown are individual experiences and are not typical. Real estate investing involves risk, including the risk of loss. Make Real Estate Real does not guarantee any financial result. Your outcome depends on your market, your capital, your credit, and the work you put in.

We make no representation that you will earn any income, acquire any property, obtain any financing, or achieve any specific result from this program. We have not audited, verified, or independently confirmed the financial outcomes of our students, and we do not track them as a group. Any figure, dollar amount, or timeline mentioned in our materials, ads, videos, or live sessions is an illustration of what has been possible for a specific person in a specific market at a specific time — not a projection, forecast, or promise for you.

The average purchaser of any educational program of this kind should expect to make little or no money. Most people who buy business or investing education do not implement it. Your results depend on factors we do not control: your local market, your access to capital, your credit profile, your risk tolerance, your available time, your team, interest rates, and the economy.

2. Not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice

Make Real Estate Real is educational content only. Nothing in the curriculum, community, coaching calls, worksheets, downloads, emails, AI tools, or live sessions constitutes:

  • Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property, security, or asset;

  • Legal advice, or the practice of law in any jurisdiction;

  • Tax or accounting advice;

Make Real Estate Real features guest instructors — including brokers, lenders, credit specialists, attorneys, contractors, and insurance and estate planning professionals — who teach in an educational capacity only.

  • A guest expert's appearance in this program is not a recommendation that you retain them, and is not an endorsement of any product or service they sell outside the program.

  • Guest experts are not acting as your advisor, agent, or representative through this program, and no professional relationship is created by watching their session.

  • If you choose to engage a guest expert or any professional you meet through this program or the community, that is a separate relationship between you and them. The Company is not a party to it and is not responsible for it.

  • The Company may have referral, affiliate, or business relationships with some featured professionals and vendors, and may receive compensation. This does not change what we teach.

4. Testimonials

They are not verified as to accuracy of financial figures, they are not representative of typical results, and they are not a guarantee that you will experience the same. Some contributors may have received a discount, free access, or other consideration for sharing their story; where that is the case it is disclosed alongside the testimonial.

5. Accreditation

Make Real Estate Real is offered through Lakewood University, an institution accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC). The accreditation belongs to Lakewood University, not to this course. Participation does not confer a degree, a license, a certification, or any professional credential, and does not qualify you to practice real estate, lending, law, accounting, or insurance in any jurisdiction.

7. Accuracy and currency of content

We work to keep the material accurate and current, but real estate is local and it moves. Figures, loan products, rates, program names, tax rules, and legal requirements referenced in the curriculum may be out of date or inapplicable in your state by the time you view them. The Company makes no warranty that any material is complete, current, or suitable for your situation, and is not liable for errors or omissions.

8. Fair housing and lawful use

All investing, lending, marketing, tenant screening, and property management activity must comply with the federal Fair Housing Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and all applicable state and local laws. Nothing in this program should be interpreted as encouraging or endorsing discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful practice. You are solely responsible for the legality of your own conduct.

9. Community content

The MRER Community includes content posted by other members. Member posts are their own opinions and are not reviewed, endorsed, or verified by the Company. Do not treat another member's advice as professional advice, and do not send money to anyone based on a community post.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, employees, contractors, and guest experts are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost profits, lost opportunity, property loss, or investment loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything in this program. Your total remedy is limited as set out in the Terms of Purchase.
