We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card data goes directly to our payment processor. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, full credit reports, or bank account credentials. Do not send those to us by email or post them in the community.

3. Why we use it

  • To deliver what you bought — create your account, grant course and community access, send your login, process payments and payment plans, provide support.

  • To administer the Action Guarantee — verify module completion, call attendance, and submitted worksheets against the conditions on the Guarantee Terms page.

  • To communicate — transactional messages about your account, and marketing emails or SMS if you have opted in.

  • To personalize — route you to the right content based on your assessment answers and progress.

  • To improve and measure — understand which pages, ads, and modules work, and fix what doesn't.

  • To protect the business — detect fraud, credential sharing, chargeback abuse, and violations of the Terms of Purchase.

  • To comply with law — tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

4. Email and SMS consent

Email. When you opt in, you agree to receive marketing and educational email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. Transactional email about your account, access, and payments continues while your account is active.

SMS. If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and account messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message frequency varies.

5. Cookies, pixels, and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for four purposes: keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, measuring site and email performance, and running and attributing advertising.

This includes third-party advertising and analytics pixels, which may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit — including hashed identifiers used to match you to an ad account. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the opt-out tools offered by each ad platform. Blocking cookies may break parts of the site, including checkout and login.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by law.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who need it to run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • Payment processing — to take payment, run payment plans, and issue refunds.

  • CRM, email, and SMS platform — to store your contact record and send messages.

  • Course and community platform — to host your account, track progress, and run the community.

  • Analytics and advertising platforms — to measure performance and deliver ads. Sharing data with advertising platforms for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under some U.S. state privacy laws. You may opt out under Section 8.

  • Professional advisors — accountants and attorneys, as needed.

  • Legal — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

What we never do: sell or rent your email list to another marketer, or share your assessment answers, financial self-disclosures, or community posts with third parties for their own marketing.

What we never do: sell or rent your email list to another marketer, or share your assessment answers, financial self-disclosures, or community posts with third parties for their own marketing.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account and course records — for as long as your account is active, plus 3 years.

  • Transaction and tax records — 7 years, as required by law.

  • Guarantee request records — 3 years after the request is resolved.

  • Marketing contact records — until you unsubscribe or request deletion, plus a permanent suppression record so we do not re-add you.

  • Technical logs — typically 12 months.

8. Your rights

Everyone. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing to you. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days and will verify your identity first.

California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share the personal information of minors; our programs are sold to adults only (see Section 10).

Other U.S. states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana — provide comparable rights to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of targeted advertising. Use the same email address and we will apply your state's rules.

EU/UK (GDPR). If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal bases are: contract (delivering what you bought), consent (marketing), legitimate interests (security, analytics, improving the product), and legal obligation (tax and accounting).

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted third-party platforms. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator within the time frames the law requires.

10. Children

This site and these programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

We operate in the United States and our service providers are primarily U.S.-based. If you access our sites from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the EU/UK.

12. Third-party links

Our pages and community may link to third-party sites, tools, and professionals. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them your information.

13. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting how we use information about existing customers will be emailed to active members.
