Guarantee Terms — The MRER Action Guarantee

We guarantee the work, not the wish. Do the work inside 30 days, show us, and if it hasn't delivered for you we'll refund you in full. This page states exactly what "do the work" means, so there is nothing to argue about later.

The short version. You have 30 days from your purchase date. Complete the required work, submit it by email before the deadline, and if you still want a refund you get one — in full. Miss any condition, or miss the deadline, and all sales are final.

1. Why the guarantee has conditions

This is a digital program. You get everything included in your purchase the moment you buy — every video and every worksheet, plus the community and the calls if your product includes them. An unconditional refund policy on a product like that rewards people who take the material and leave, and it costs the members who actually show up.

So we tied the guarantee to the only thing that has ever produced a result here: doing the work. If you complete the program and it does not deliver for you, that is our problem and we will pay for it. If you never opened it, that is a different conversation.

2. What you have to do to qualify

Make Real Estate Real (Full Program, $997) and the Blueprint Upgrade

All five conditions must be met within 30 calendar days of your purchase date:

1. Complete at least 80% of the video lessons (30 of the 37 lessons in the Full Program). Tracked automatically in your account at learn.jemalking.com. You do not need to submit anything for this — we can see it.

2. Attend every group coaching call held during your 30-day window, live — and at least one. Calls run bi-weekly, so most windows contain two. If we cancel or reschedule a call, that call does not count against you. Attendance is logged.

3. Submit three (3) completed deal analyses using the MRER deal analysis worksheet — three real properties, from a real market you would actually buy in, with your numbers filled in.

4. Post an introduction in the MRER Community and ask at least one question about a specific deal or obstacle you're working through.

5. Email your request to [email protected] with the subject line "Action Guarantee Request", your three completed deal analyses attached, and one paragraph on what did not work for you. This must arrive before 11:59 p.m. ET on day 30.

The Blueprint ($497)

The Blueprint is a self-paced curriculum with no community or call access, so conditions 2 and 4 do not apply. Within 30 calendar days of purchase you must:

1. Complete at least 80% of the Blueprint video lessons (25 of the 31 lessons). Platform-tracked.

2. Submit three (3) completed deal analyses using the MRER deal analysis worksheet.

3. Email your request as described in condition 5 above, before 11:59 p.m. ET on day 30.

The one thing that disqualifies most requests. The deadline is the purchase date plus 30 calendar days — not 30 business days, not "about a month." We do not extend it for travel, work, illness, or forgetting. The only two exceptions are a resubmission window we grant under Section 3 and a suspension hold under Section 5A. Put day 30 in your calendar the day you buy.

3. How we review it

We confirm your lesson completion — and, for Full Program and Upgrade members, your call attendance — from our own records, review your three deal analyses, and respond within 5 business days of receiving a complete request.

Deal analyses must be genuine attempts. Blank worksheets, duplicated worksheets, obviously fabricated numbers, or the same property submitted three times do not satisfy the deal analysis condition. If that happens we will tell you so in writing and give you 5 business days from the date of our notice to resubmit — even if that carries you past day 30.

4. If your refund is approved

  • You are refunded the full amount you paid, to the original payment method, within 10 business days of approval.

  • On a payment plan: every payment you have made to date is refunded and all remaining scheduled payments are cancelled.

  • Access to everything the refunded purchase gave you is revoked on the date the refund is issued. On a refunded Upgrade, you keep the Blueprint you purchased separately — only the Upgrade components (community, group coaching calls, live walkthroughs, and the JK AI Coach) are removed.

  • Your license under the Terms of Purchase terminates. You must delete any downloaded materials, worksheets, or recordings in your possession.

  • The refund is final. You may not repurchase the same program at a later date without written approval from the Company.

5. What is not covered

The Action Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Any request received after day 30, except where we have granted a resubmission window under Section 3 or a hold under Section 5A;

  • Any request where one or more conditions in Section 2 were not met;

  • Accounts terminated for violating the license restrictions or community conduct rules in the Terms of Purchase;

  • Purchases made with a scholarship, comp code, or 100% discount;

  • Live events, in-person experiences, or third-party products purchased separately;

  • Any account where a chargeback or payment dispute has been filed. Filing a chargeback ends your eligibility. If you want your money back, use this process — it is faster and it works.

5A. If we suspend your access

If your access is suspended for a failed payment-plan charge, your 30-day window pauses on the day access is suspended and resumes on the day it is restored. You do not lose eligibility because of a declined card. This is the only circumstance in which the deadline moves.

6. What this guarantee is not

This is a satisfaction guarantee on the program. It is not a guarantee of any financial, investment, or business result. Nothing on this page promises that you will buy a property, earn income, obtain financing, improve your credit, or make money. Real estate investing involves risk, including the risk of loss.
